I’ve been searching for a healthier chili crisp that does not use seed oils for a while now. The ones I’ve found are bland. Then I discovered this one from White Elephant. I love it, not only the clean ingredients, but the flavor delivers. This is now my everyday go to.
I tried it on rice, vegetables, tomatoes and bacon. It was a flavorful addition in each case. I will definately keep it on hand.
The best-tasting chili oil I've had in a very long time! I love that it's made with healthy ingredients like olive oil, avocado oil, and other all-natural ingredients that you can actually recognize and read. You can truly taste the difference that quality ingredients make. It's incredibly flavorful, fresh, and has quickly become one of my favorites. Highly recommend
Love it with all sorts, starting with my breakfast fried eggs. but also with soups, rice dishes and all. Finally a healthy version of this great condiment, spice that brings so so dishes to life without being just spicy.

You can definitely tell the difference between this and the Momofuku chili crunch. Much better product. My favorite thing to do with it is use it as a marinade on beef tenderloin.

First day we received the White Elephant sambal, I added it to a tofu-vegetable soup. Great flavor. I wish it was a little hotter, though, like Sambal Uleck.

ALL TIME FAVORITE CHILI CRISP!!! I have Fly by Jing. I have Momofuku and WHITE ELEPHANT IS BY FAR BETTER in flavor, versatility and our pleasure! I add it butter when I scramble my eggs, mix it into my grits, mashed potatoes and my chicken salad for a unique flavor profile and spoon it on to my tinned fish! It is amazing! This is my second shipment. I even added a jar to my daughter’s Easter basket and she loved it!

My husband and I absolutely love this, and put it on all our food! I recently caught him tasting it with a spoon straight from the jar. I also gave my son a jar, and he is also addicted! I am known as a real chili head, and have tried more than I can count. I’ve enjoyed them all…but this one is different. It is beautifully balanced between richness of flavor and heat from the chilis, and the taste is pure. Consuming products that are “clean” is very important to me…better for me, better for my family…and they just simply taste better. Plus, the beautiful packaging, the jar, etc. lets you know this is a very special product. You now have a customer for life!

This is excellent to use for salad, dishes, soups and just about anything to elevate flavor and taste. Just a little bit of this is all it takes so a jar could last for a while. I’ll buy more once I finish the jar I have tight now. It comes with an adorable box so it’s also perfect for gifting family and friends
First off, this packaging is so elegant!! This is a good gift to give if they like chili oil! The chili oil has a good amount of heat and so good on everything. I like adding it to my creamy white pasta dishes, eggs, and of course ramen!
I have tried this chili oil with different dishes and I have to say it was amazing. If you like spicy, this will add for flavor to your foods.

This was amazing! I decided to cook it with some shrimp and my oh my. Loved how it wasn’t super spicy and it went so well with some shrimp and Parmesan cheese. Definitely a little does go along way! I used less then a tablespoon and it was perfect!

As someone with an entire collection of chili oils and crisps, I’m pretty picky when it comes to adding a new one to the mix—but when I saw White Elephant dropped their own Thai chili crisp, I had to try it. This is by far the BEST chili oil I've ever had. You can tell from the taste and the aroma that this chili oil is made from the freshest and highest ingredients. I love my food with a little kick and the amount of spice and flavor of this oil is perfect. I had some roasted duck for dinner with a side of White Elephant's chili oil. The combination of the two was phenomenal. The richness and savory flavors of the duck paired with spicy aromatics of the Thai chili flakes elevated my dinner to the next level. I highly recommend White Elephant's Prik Nam Mun with your next meal.
Wow!! Phenomenal product, the flavor was so good!! I love spicy and this was the perfect amount of spicy but you could still taste the amazing flavors without the slice taking over! I let my roommates try it out as well and they LOVEDDDD it! I’ll definitely be getting this again once I run out!
Wow! What a delightful chili oil to add to my pantry. The packaging is beautiful and very aesthetically appealing. Upon opening the jar, you immediately smell the delicious aromatics from the shallots. My mouth was already watering just from the scent! I added some to my meal, and it pairs so well. It adds just the right amount of kick, but I can see it doing more than that depending on how much you add. Very good chili oil, and I can’t wait to add it to everything!
